30mm QD 1.4” Offset Scope Mount - 20 MOA is a 6061 aluminum-made optics mount manufactured by Midwest Industries.
The mount consists of two pieces - the QD-equipped Picatinny locking base and a 20 MOA canted saddle/riser combo with two 30mm scope rings. The solid locking part is equipped with dual clamps for reliable and easy attachment via patented QD levers. This setup ensures stable zero holding and stress resistance.
A lightweight saddle section moves the optics ahead 1.4”/35.5mm of the mounting base and accepts optics with up to 50mm outer objective diameter. The saddle places the center of the ring at 1.5”/38.1mm height from the top of the rail.
The actual optic mount consists of two high-quality 30mm scope rings. They are 0.85”/21.59mm wide and placed with a 2.8”/71.1mm distance between them.
The mount is anodized in a matte black coating with radiused edges and corners to prevent snagging and scratching of other used gear. It weighs 238mm and has a total length of 149mm. Rugged construction provides rock-solid zero retention and high resistance to physical damage and field abuse.
